Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this agreement, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after the date of the engagement, and to receive a full refund of any fees paid. To exercise this right, send an email to info@trovocapital.com with a clear written request to cancel, or mail a signed cancellation notice to Trovo Capital LLC, 15303 Ventura Blvd, Ste 900, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. After the three-business-day cancellation window, refunds are governed by the refund policy applicable to your specific program tier.
