Results vary based on individual credit profiles, business circumstances, and lender decisions that are outside of our control. Any funding amounts mentioned on our website represent potential ranges, not guarantees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Misrepresentation of financial information, credit history, or business details may result in termination of services and could have legal consequences. Clients are solely responsible for submitting all credit applications, financial documents, and communications with lenders; Trovo Capital provides strategy, education, and guidance, not application submission.

Text Messaging Terms

Trovo Capital LLC offers recurring SMS/MMS messages for people who directly request updates from us. Messages may include appointment reminders, requested document or status updates, replies to your questions about your Trovo Capital inquiry, and Trovo-owned booking or support links and contact information related to your inquiry. Text messaging consent is collected through a separate optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent is not required to purchase or receive services, submit a form, or schedule a consultation. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this agreement, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after the date of the engagement, and to receive a full refund of any fees paid. To exercise this right, send an email to hello@trovocapital.com with a clear written request to cancel, or mail a signed cancellation notice to Trovo Capital LLC, 15303 Ventura Blvd, Ste 900, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. After the three-business-day cancellation window, refunds are governed by the refund policy applicable to your specific program tier.

Limitation of Liability
