Authorization to Review Credit Information

Trovo Capital only reviews credit information after receiving written or recorded authorization from the applicant. The credit data you choose to share with us — typically through your own credit-monitoring service, a soft-pull tool you have authorized, or directly during a consented engagement — is reviewed solely to prepare your personalized funding strategy. We do not pull, request, or access credit reports on your behalf without your express, documented authorization, and you may revoke that authorization at any time by contacting us at info@trovocapital.com. We retain credit data only for as long as necessary to deliver the requested service and within the data-retention schedule above.

TCPA Compliance

When you submit our contact form and provide express written consent, you agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from Trovo Capital LLC, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of service, and you may revoke it at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
