Information We Collect

When you use our website or contact us, we may collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and information about your business funding needs. We collect this information when you fill out forms, contact us by phone, or communicate with us via email.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested services
  • Assess your eligibility for business funding programs
  • Communicate with you about our services
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with legal obligations

If you authorize a soft credit review, that review is used only to evaluate strategy fit and prepare a funding plan. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score. We do not pull, request, or access credit reports on your behalf without your express authorization.

Data Retention

We retain personal information submitted through our contact and partner application forms for up to 24 months, after which it is securely deleted unless you have an active engagement with us.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our business, such as CRM platforms, communication tools, and payment processors. We may also share information when required by law.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

Under California law (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your information, and opt out of the sale of your information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@trovocapital.com.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our business: Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting and deployment), Zoho Bookings (appointment scheduling), OpenAI (AI-powered assistant “Vera”), Supabase (conversation and form data storage), Upstash (rate limiting and request protection), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Financial Information (GLBA)

When you share nonpublic personal financial information with us (such as business revenue, credit score range, or funding needs), we handle that information in accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Safeguards Rule. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect this information and do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Authorization to Review Credit Information

Trovo Capital only reviews credit information after receiving written or recorded authorization from the applicant. The credit data you choose to share with us — typically through your own credit-monitoring service, a soft-pull tool you have authorized, or directly during a consented engagement — is reviewed solely to prepare your personalized funding strategy. We do not pull, request, or access credit reports on your behalf without your express, documented authorization, and you may revoke that authorization at any time by contacting us at hello@trovocapital.com. We retain credit data only for as long as necessary to deliver the requested service and within the data-retention schedule above.

Text Messaging and TCPA Compliance

When you submit our contact form, text messaging consent is collected only through a separate optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. If you check that box, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Trovo Capital LLC about your inquiry, including appointment reminders, requested document or status updates, replies to your questions, and Trovo-owned booking or support links and contact information related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service, submitting a form, or scheduling a consultation. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, replying with another common opt-out word such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or by contacting us at hello@trovocapital.com or (866) 608-7686. We honor opt-out requests as promptly as practicable and will not require you to use only one specific method to revoke consent.
